These terms and conditions apply only to online store purchases and do not include branch purchases. Free return and exchange for prescription and sunglasses worth 500 SAR or more.
What are the eligible and non-eligible goods for return and exchange?
Eligible and exchangeable goods are non-modified prescription and sunglasses not added with medical measurements or blue light protection lenses.
Contact lenses, whether medical or decorative, and lens solutions (for health reasons) are not refundable or exchangeable unless there is a defect in the product or an order mistake made by the visitor.
What are the conditions for return and exchange?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your eligible and exchangeable purchase, we are pleased to refund the full purchase amount (deducting shipping and return fees estimated between 35-65 SAR depending on the chosen shipping method) within 2 days of receiving the order after conditions are met. Please contact us within a maximum of 2 days from receiving the order.
If you wish to exchange, we are happy to serve you by replacing your order and choosing a suitable alternative after conditions are met within 2 days of receiving the order.
To return or exchange goods, they must be in their original condition, with all accessories and original packaging.
The exchange must be of the same value as the previous order or more.
You can exchange a product for more than one product and pay the difference if any.
You can only exchange or return purchases once per order.
The customer bears the costs of shipping for returning or exchanging the order.
After receiving the products to be returned or exchanged and verifying that conditions are met, the amount will be refunded in the same way as the payment method within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt.
Can I cancel my order?
When you wish to cancel your order, please contact us before the order is processed.
Please note that if the order is canceled before shipping or before starting to process your order, no fees will be charged for that. If the order is canceled after it has been shipped or after beginning to process it, a cancellation fee may be charged, which may vary from one order to another.
